Selling with us
- Interested parties are welcome to consign lots to us for inclusion in our forthcoming auctions.
- We accept all types of numismatic and para-numismatic material, including coins, medals, banknotes, tokens, books, memorabilia, militaria, and ephemera.
- Such material may be delivered to our office in person or sent by registered post at your own cost and risk, for our evaluation and assessment.
- Once we receive the items, we assess them based on various criteria, including condition, rarity, and investment potential, and provide you with a realistic market value estimate.
- If the estimate is acceptable, Todywalla Auctions will finalize the consignment details and issue you a receipt. The material will then be catalogued for inclusion in the forthcoming auction, subject to the Conditions of Sale as mentioned in the catalogue.
- A copy of the catalogue, along with your receipt, will be sent to you, indicating the item numbers corresponding to your consigned lots.
- Consigned lots are then offered for sale in auction, and the consignee is notified of the results.
- Sold lots are accounted for, and an invoice may be collected from our office one week after the auction, or mailed to your registered postal address, subject to the Conditions of Sale.
- Each sold lot is subject to a Seller’s Commission and applicable Service Tax.
- Unsold lots may either be returned to the consignor or reoffered in future auctions.
- Payments are made 45 days after the conclusion of the auction, subject to the Conditions of Sale as mentioned in the catalogue.
